Welcome to The Cosmic Veda. By using our website, mobile applications, free tools, reports, or consultation services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Cosmic Veda provides Vedic astrology content and tools: birth chart (Kundali) calculations, dasha timelines, compatibility analyses, panchanga information, traditional remedy suggestions, downloadable reports, and personal consultations with Kamal Kumar. Calculations are performed using established astronomical methods (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsha) and classical Vedic techniques.
Astrological guidance is for self-reflection, spiritual insight, and cultural tradition. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
Nothing in the Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Traditional remedies referenced in the Services (such as mantras, gemstones, charity practices, or Ayurvedic lifestyle suggestions) are shared as classical cultural practices, not as treatments for any condition. Always consult a qualified physician, therapist, attorney, or financial professional for decisions in those domains. You remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions.
Astrology involves interpretation; outcomes are not guaranteed, and different traditions and practitioners may reach different readings of the same chart.
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt or overload them, scraping or bulk-extracting content or calculations, reverse-engineering the apps, submitting another person's data without their consent, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Features such as Compatibility allow you to enter birth details of another person. You confirm you have that person's consent (or lawful basis) to do so, and you accept responsibility for that data entry.
Personal consultations are scheduled through our booking page. Fees, scheduling, and any cancellation terms are presented at the time of booking. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details. Consultation guidance is subject to the disclaimer in Section 2.
The Services — including reports, interpretations, remedy content, designs, and software — are owned by The Cosmic Veda or its licensors. Reports generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or create derivative commercial works from our content without written permission.
The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Google Cloud, Firebase, and sign-in providers). We are not responsible for interruptions or issues originating in those services, though we work to minimize their impact.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cosmic Veda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Sections 2, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
